    • First year was in college doing coursework and working on our hand skills. The other 3.5 years were in the factory building wings and writing up our jobs along side college coursework.

    • I learnt how to work with metal

    • Been a love/hate type of thing.

    • The structure is decent but overall the organisation has much room for improvement.

    • Is very based depending on who you have supervising you. But you can always find help. It’s just difficult at times.

    • Again very based and dependant on who you have. But you can always find help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • The hand skills of my qualification is very useful but leaning subject such as creating a project are pointless in my opinion.

    • Yeah there are many sporting activities through Gen A team. Including walks runs football etc.

    • Yes

    • They pay is amazing for the job at hand.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Airbus?

    • My advise would just be your self but with loads of confidence.
