    • i have learnt many handskills

    • i enjoy the factory part, the college part isnt as good

    • things can be very last minute and the college teaching standards are poor

    • i receive good support from my employer

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • since moving to digital remote learning there has been a significant reduction in training quality from the college and it feels like much of it has to be self taught, from airbus we get good support in the factory
