  • 9a. Would you recommend BT to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • Too much unfairness and lack of diversity which I find very strange for such a large company with many years of business and workforce being so large. In regards to diversity; I have not seen any seniors that are women and not of ethnic backgrounds since being here, bar one individual.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?
  • Ask lots of questions, get fully kitted with tools and work wear, and prepare yourself for lonely days with little help from seniors due to them not knowing the job in the field.
