  • I am on the trade counter at the warehouse and I deal with customer accounts and serving customers when they come in to the shop

  • My program is the deadest thing i've ever done but it's better than the classroom and due to corona virus there isn't much programme and more just working for a wage.

  • It helps a bit however It would probably help a lot more in a business with a different customer base to ours because our customers do not care about the "difference between listening and hearing" like this qualification seems to think anyone cares about...
