I am on the trade counter at the warehouse and I deal with customer accounts and serving customers when they come in to the shop
I have learned a lot about electrical components due to me working in an electrical warehouse.
My program is the deadest thing i've ever done but it's better than the classroom and due to corona virus there isn't much programme and more just working for a wage.

It helps a bit however It would probably help a lot more in a business with a different customer base to ours because our customers do not care about the "difference between listening and hearing" like this qualification seems to think anyone cares about...
