    • I feel like i have gained more knowledge from my previous role and gained more knowledge in this role i am currently at. using my previous role skills and converting into this new role will help me achieve where i need to get to

    • powerpoints and discussions - useful information and not in bulk. plenty breaks and time to get the info needed.

    • very organised. helped me gain knowledge and details of what i need to do next in this role and what to prepare for

    • i feel like i have received alot of support though i do feel there could be more support else where with other situations within the company.

    • alot of support has been given. alot of information and details have been given so if you are not sure we can always go back to the details/infomation given and catch up

    • it makes me feel more confident in the future, i feel like i can go anywhere and progress in future A/N

    • work ethnic is good. company supports you work hours are good and you can always talk to someone regarding whatever reason
