  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have found the program very interesting as they are all new skills to me. I have found the job to be enjoyable because I like working hands on and you are able to do this while learning. Having the opportunity to work in all areas of the plant keeps the learning fresh.

  • The programme is well structured and there is a placement plan in place for us to follow. Although the structure needs to be followed there is also flexibility there if things change. • The base level qualification includes more hands on subjects which is very helpful within the workplace, such as electrical testing, hand fitting and mechanical maintenance.
