    • Installation of fibre to new premises. Running the fibre cables to new sites and setting up internal units

    • Yes, it’s a change of career for me so I’m learning new things all the time, but they allow you the time to learn and don’t drop you in the deep end

    • I really enjoy all the aspects of my programme, meeting new people and continually learning new things

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • The programme is very well organised. We have all our study days planned out for the year and know what we are doing

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • The support I receive from my supplier is great. I get all the time i need for study and help is always available

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • The support from my training supplier is always available. I can message them whenever and they always get back

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • Most of the topics we cover are a real help to the role and some I feel I will need further down the line

    • Unfortunately with COVID there isn’t much else available but that’s no fault of my employer

    • Yes

    • BT is a great company to work for. Everyone has always made me feel welcome and part of the team no matter what role they play in the company

    • Give it your best shot, it’s a great company to work for where you can have a great career
