Create invoices, procure goods, liaise with clients and customers, estimating.
Developed my spreadsheet knowledge through the amount of estimating jobs I've done. Learnt how to use the system Evolution M. Developed my confidence through talking to clients and customers daily.
I thoroughly enjoy learning about business' and how they are run. Learning different things that can impact a business and how they overcome them is my favorite topic I have covered.
The programme is very well structured, contacting my tutor is very easy, and he always responds quickly to any queries or help I need. We have regular check ins about the work every two weeks.
The support I receive from my mentor and line manager in the office cannot be faulted, they are constantly helping me with any topics covered in the apprenticeship. There has never been a time where I felt isolated through work.
The amount of support received from my tutor is very high, he constantly gives me feedback with my work and for any tweaks that need to be made.
My learning has helped me gain the fundamental knowledge about how the business is run, as I am only halfway through the course I hope this will continue and solidify my knowledge.
Due to covid there hasn't been any opportunity for this, but I know that the team I am part of like to play sport together after work.

The level of knowledge they have in my industry has allowed me to grow rapidly in the office, and have noticed multiple times for my attitude to work. They are always there for any needs, both work and private.
Make sure when you apply that you really read what it is that you want to do, as the knowledge they have is very unique, and could be different for what you actually want to do as a career.
