The day role is enjoyable and good networking opportunities with colleagues. However, the apprenticeship coursework can be a little tedious.
Initially, I felt the structure was lacking as the apprenticeship programme is new. However, this was heavily improved during the year and I now have clear direction within my team.
Support from my employer has been excellent. Very easy to reach out for help
Good support received and very fair with giving me time to complete my coursework during work hours.
The qualification isn't always relevant to my current role, but I'm sure the learning will be useful in my career later.
