  • My role is to test and analyse new technology before they are released. A lot of learning and meeting is my current day to day basis.

  • Yes many, communication is one that has massively improved due to the amount I do on a daily basis.

  • I love every minute, it’s a dream come true. I’ve always loved computers and being able to fully understand how the internet works is amazing.

  • Very organised, we know what we need to do it how, where and when.

  • Instant support, all you have to do is ask and they help you until you understand or resolve your issue.

  • A lot, all we need to do is ask and they give us all the information we need and more.

  • They are constantly helping you learn what you need to know to ensure you can complete your job quick and efficiently.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Virgin have many different events going on, we had a full day a couple of weeks ago for apprentices to enjoy.

  • Yes

  • Because the company is has so many benefits and the people who work there are always helpful and take time out of there way for you.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Virgin Media O2?
  • Don’t hold back, and be honest. Honesty is a key characteristic needed since you don’t want to lie about deadlines of work or issues.
