  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The overall structure of the programme has been good, the main flaws with the programme lie with the training provider, Estio. They assumed a certain amount of prior knowledge despite not coming from a telecoms background.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think there is a gigantic disconnect between my programme and my role, the two are only minorly related as the network engineers at VMO2 generally work within the physical layer of the network.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
