    • Fixing telephone lines and broadband, as well as providing, going to the exchange and climbing pole and house end, going to pcp to terminate

    • Learnt new telecommunications skills, problem solving, understanding of the network

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I enjoyed being buddied with an experienced engineer showing me how things are done

    • The program delivered was very structured, the NVQ days were great enabled me to get through the work

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • The support was tremendous, I had my NVQ teacher on sect at any time as well as my manger and team mates

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • The support was there all the time, if I had any questions they were more than happy to answer and point me in the right direction

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • It was the basis of me understanding the job role, by getting through the theory I was able to be able to complete real live jobs on the field,

    • I haven’t come across any of this events but that’s probably due to the COVID situation affecting everybody
