  • In my role, our main goal is to have a great CSAT score (customer satisfaction) this means i am constantly looking for ways to improve our help content and promoting it in different ways.

  • I have developed and gained many new skills such as, working independently, communication and decision making.

  • I enjoy my program, however it has been a struggle to do my full program whilst working from home.

  • My program is good however sometimes the college work i must complete is very difficult to relate back to my job role like it should.

  • I receive a great amount of support from my employer as well as other people from my team.

  • I receive a great amount of support from my tutor when needing help with assignments.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • In the beginning my course massively helped me in my role, such as understanding organisations and their aims etc. However as the course went on i found it more difficult to relate m course to my job role at times.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We can get involved with foundation days however it's very difficult to do considering the circumstances.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I think there's great opportunities within sage and is a great way to get your career to where you want it to be. The people also make the experience working at Sage amazing!

  • No question is a silly question, and always ask for help, no one will judge you for it!
