  • I have learned a lot of new skills as I did not know what to do before joining the company

  • I love the job as everyday is a completely differen day

  • it has been very well organised however at the start was unorganised due to covid however this has got better over time and adapted to home learning

  • I receive a lot of support from my assessor and company to help me through

  • my assessor has been fantastic to make sure all my work is completed

  • This has set me up nicely to become a fully fledged engineer for the compay

  • Openreach is a fantastic company to work for as there are many different avenues you can go down to progress

  • don't be afraid to ask questions as everyone is at different levels
