I work within the People Team in the Corporate Responsibility. I work on Diversity and Inclusion projects, mainly focusing on disability training and improvements. From day-to-day, I write articles, attend meetings and implement changes to support the D&I agenda.

I massively enjoy the programme. I have been able to take on firm wide projects, working in volunteering and create my own projects.
I have six month placements in the different departments. Although this has been stuck to I have been able to choose the departments I go into.
I have a line manager, working most days together. I work within the wider CR team and People team. Then I have a college assessor who supports with my college work.
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider. The course was not as challenging as I expected nor did I learn as much as i thought i would.
My course has rarely supported my work I am performing in the role.
