My daily role involves the responsibility to organise the a team efficiently to work together to complete daily office tasks. It is also my responsibility to make sure each individual in the team are achieving KPI's.
I have extended my management knowledge whilst doing the apprenticeship which helps with my daily activities in the workplace. I also understand new management techniques which will help me develop and progress with the company. I have learnt more about the way I manage in the work place and in my personal life.
I am really enjoying the apprenticeship, knowing I am bettering myself for my future and widening my knowledge.
My apprenticeship programme is well structured and organised. The training workshops are very helpful to complete tasks. My tutor Gareth is very helpful and available when I need help.
My employer understands i need the time to complete my apprenticeship and time for extra activities to develop my knowledge.
My tutor is very helpful and has lots of guidance support if needed. Very motivational and positive!
My learnings during my apprenticeship has really helped me improve daily management tasks. I put my new skills to practice and will hopefully continue to learn and use my skills in my job role.
