  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My roles involves quite a few things on a day to day basis and it’s a mixture of computer work mostly data entry and calls and the calls usually range from 500-800 a day for the whole office. I do data entry, I put instructions on the Copart system

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt quite a few skills while working at Copart and one of those Skills is better communication as I speak to hundreds of people a day and it really helps me to increase my confidence especially at work, I have learnt how a salvage business works at Copart

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy it very much the work is good and the environment in which I work is also really good which is always good therefore I enjoy my job even more because Of that, I also like that I get to learn things I have not learnt before from elsewhere

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It’s very well organised I think it is because every thing is always schedule and it’s always presented perfectly so nothing is confusing it is really good and that makes work a bit less stressful as sometimes it can get stressful which it is not because its organised

  • Anytime I need help I get help and everyone around me can also help me it is a very helpful environment, I really think it’s very helpful because it’s helpful from anyone because anyone can help which is very helpful and I think it’s helpful at copart

  • I receive a lot of support when I need to and and I just feel like the whole environment is supportive and I think it’s supportive because I never feel like I cannot ask for help because I can ask anyone for help and the can help me here

  • It helps a lot because I’m learning so many things it makes me comfortable at so many things and eventually it’s going to be very helpful to me because I will be so comfortable at my job that I will be able to complete any task at copart

  • We do have days out where our work will go somewhere like a restaurant it is called a day out and there are family days out and also as for work related activities there are presentations on how to handle what calls in what way from different departments at copart

  • Yes

  • It is a great environment with a great environment and people and the work really helps learn something new which is good and I think the job will help you learn some more skills or many more skills and you learn new things which is good I think at copart


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Copart UK?
  • I would say it is worth it because the work is really helpful to customers and also it is something new to learn and this job can help you things you didn’t know existed and also you will learn things you like and could be helpful here at copart
