Incoming and outgoing calls from insurance company clients to arrange collection and return of the vehicles. Process private entry vehicles and complete vehicle checks. Deal with member queries regarding to vehicle processes.
Learnt managment skills anddifferent processes which can be used in future roles.
Programme is quite enjoable, different areas which wouldnt of learnt beforehand.
Quite structured, but does not fit in with work commitments due to work times.
Time off for meetings, however not much time throughout the rest of the weeks
