My role consists of helping the management accountant complete month end deadlines by completing tasks and then helping with reporting and balance sheets plus nay Adhoc tasks needed. Additionally Audit work when needed.
I have learnt new tasks, how to approach certain tasks, looking at the reasons variances occur and how to explain them.
I enjoy the apprenticeship as I know it will help me develop into a better team member and contribute positively to my work life.
The apprenticeship is structured well, however communication and time within the business to do so is a struggle.
Not much unfortunately.
My tutor is always there to help when i have needed the additional support.
i think it will help my team work better together and i will be of more support to individuals.
not at the moment due to the current pandemic.
