  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Absolutely I have gained skills in dealing with people from body language to facial expressions and also being more aware of peoples outward signals. I learnt a great deal about the corporation I work for, how the strategy and direction of the company can be aligned with my day to day working. I also had the idea to upskill two workers in branch covering our shortfalls while using as little resources as possible. A fantastic experience which motivates you to learn more!

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • This was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my adult life. I have had no real further education since leaving high school and believed I probably would never better myself. This opportunity along with other opportunities that have arisen in my workplace have given me a new and energetic approach to my work and to the idea of further education again.
