firstly i call domestic customers to see if their sewage system needs to be emptied again as we have done that in the past for them. i answer inbound calls from new and lapsed customers answering questions and helping them as well as i can. i set up new accounts for customers and can send quotes and other information to customers about CSG and the services we offer to customers all around the United Kingdom

i really enjoy my apprenticeship and speaking to my tutor she is very friendly and easy to talk to

so much support they go over the top with support above and beyond incredible support could not fault them
