  • On a day to day basis I deal with all client requests and send report they need regarding the enforcement for the month, the money that was remitted to them and all cases which have been cancelled or successful.

  • I have developed Microsoft skills

  • I enjoy my programme a lot as I can do this in my own time, I have chances to do the work within work time. It can also be interesting.

  • I feel that the programme is very organised and structured. I have been given lots of hand outs which help explain what is needed and easier to structure what you would like to say within your answers.

  • I don't received a lot of support from my employer but I know that if I needed it, it would be there.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have a lot of support from my training provider and she helps to make it very clear on what I need to do.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My apprenticeship & role are very different. It don't feel that this does help me as this is my second apprenticeship and my first one helped me understand more what is expected of me and how I should act within the office.

  • 9a. Would you recommend JBW Group to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • As I have had a very good experience in my second apprenticeship, and the help is amazing. What needs to be done to achieve the qualification can be quite confusing but it has been laid out and made very clear and easier to understand.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JBW Group?
  • I would make sure you have time to do the apprenticeship work within work time so then you can have support from your manager and other collogues.
