My role entails working as a software developer in part of a team. I work with lots of different coding languages and I have worked on multiple projects
I have learned many new skills during my time at Accenture and improved on my pre-existing skills. Moreover, I have also learned many new coding languages which I find very interesting.
I really enjoy working at Accenture as you feel very welcome there and its a great place to start and develop your career. Overall my experience has been a very positive one.
The programme is well structured and keeps you up to date with what you need to do.
There are always people to talk to and get help from at Accenture and when I have needed support before I received help immediately. For this reason, I highly recommend this apprenticeship.
The training providers for the apprenticeship are very helpful and always seek to help out in any way they can. They make sure we understand what we need to do and they help them if we don't.
I have learned lots of useful tips and practices which I then have been able to use at work. Moreover, the providers have also made it easier for me to understand the work which I do on a day to day job. They make it so that you will perform better in your role.
There are plenty of extra-curricular activities to get involved in at Accenture and they are very easy to reach out to.
Yes
Accenture is a great place to work at for many reasons and you always feel welcome there. Moreover, its a great place to learn new skills and develop your coding skills to.
Just be yourself as Accenture is a peoples company and they value you for who you are rather than what grades you have got. Also, make sure that if you get through to any stages in the application that you put all of your effort into each and every stage.
