Took 7 months to get on a role as there where was not enough depend and little interest in apprentice with Accenture. My role now involves scheduling and keeping tracking resources
Have learnt new skills, however training has not bee delivered well and on the job learning has been difficult due to lack of interest or time devoted to apprentices
Program has not delivered on expectations laid out during application process
Has not be structured well, it has been difficult to get a role within Accenture due to a large amount of people not knowing there is apprenticeship program with the company. Train proved by UEL has been subpar and rushed to make sure we get through all the content and pass.
Support has been there, it can be difficult to find as team members constantly change and can be hard to reach. But when you do manage to get hold of them they are often helpful
Could be hard to get hold of specific people but once they replied they where helpful
Training/qualification has not matched up to the roles have been offered within Accenture.
There is a large range of extra-curricular events, I have not get involved in any but there seems to be wide range to choose from
No
Maybe as a skilled hire, but as an apprentice no. It was very clear from early on that Accenture did not have much of a plan when it came to apprentices. Not being able to find us roles for 7 months. Training provided by UEL is rushed and not up to standard.
If you can get on the tech taster that will help you when applying to apprenticeship.
