  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt a lot of new skills like working in systems, like Selenity, Eportfolio and others, that I haven't worked before, also how to interpret emails and the candidates needs. I have developed my confidence in English speaking and writing. The NVQ is been helping me a lot with all the setup training that my tutor is giving me.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am very happy with this opportunity to learn. It is not always easy to combine work and study. But every time I have asked for help, time to work on the NVQ, asking for new tasks that will help me with my shadow. I always had the best support. I am learning a lot with this course and I feel I have improved my confidence.
