  • No real 1 to 1 support but overall support to the class

  • First two years not so relevant as I work in rail and civils. The degree thus far has been more focused on building works.

  • Great company to work for, helps with CPD, employer extremely supportive. Flexible working times, lots of benefits and yearly pay rises. A variety of projects and a great place to learn.

  • Be yourself and be honest about your experience. The company will help with your development and support you as long as you are hard working and motivated.
