  • My role is working as the Early Careers Progamme Lead. It is my job to create and develop new Early Careers Program's at HPE.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt a lot of new skills in my Leadership & Management course (Level 5). This has greatly progressed my career quickly and gave me new skills to apply into my day job.

  • The programme is fantastic - it has allowed me to learn new skills and work towards my goal of being a leader within the business.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • HPE did a fantastic job of organising the arranging the programme with the provider. It was clear and well structured. Which allowed for maximum learning.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Hue amounts of support from HPE. After each offical training session. They would arrange internal sessions with key subject matter expert to further emphsise the learning. Along with offering lots of support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • QA did a great job and supported me throughout. Especially the coaches.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have implemented a number of different techniques in to my day job. It has a had a great impact.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes - HPE has a strong culture of having a happy, healthy and well employee. Work life balance is key and it has lots of events that make it feel like a family company.

  • Yes

  • The culture at HPE is fantastic. It has been a great place to develop my career and progress my soft skills, mindset & wellbeing. Along with really enjoying my job and having an impact to my customers and colleages.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
  • Be open minded. HPE is more that just a "tech" company. We focus on adding value to our customers and making an impact in the world for the better.
