  • complete training tasks during our 4 week rotation as well as paperwork required for the training tasks and assessments.

  • yes I've learnt many new skills that i hadn't done before such as using a lathe, mill, creating radii on pieces, hack-sawing etc.

  • i enjoy it quite a lot but it can be repetitive at times

  • seems pretty well organised and structured

  • i receive as much support as i need which is nice to know.

  • i get as much support as i need, if i'm stuck i'm sure i can get help.

  • very well, motivates me

  • yes there are sometimes events we can go to etc.

  • its enjoyable and a good path to follow and can set you up for life if you stick to it.

  • not too sure. be polite and confident as you would. try your hardest.
