  • The work side of it is very organised and structured but college is very unorganised and unstructured

  • My managers and engineers are very supporting and willing to help and offer advice if I need anything

  • I think that colleges could do more in way of offering support.

  • The things we learn in college does assist with work but the majority or skills/knowledge has been learnt from being on site and seeing it first hand
