  • Analysing an organisation and designing its processes and systems; assessing the business model and its integration with technology in particular; assessing current states and defining the future state and/or business solution; identifying customer requirements; researching, gathering and synthesising information.

  • Actively participating in internal team meeting and becoming more inolved in client facing meetings/environments; how to facilitate meetings efficiently to ensure they are a success; learning and developing skills using Salesforce.com.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme very much - it is extremely challenging but I thrive from being in such environments. Since being an apprentice with Accenture, my personal and career development have both increased significantly and I am very happy with my day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Accenture?
  • Accenture have been very supportive since starting the Apprenticeship - my project team have especially made me feel comfortable and have welcomed me to the team. I always feel confident to ask anyone questions as I know they will always take the time out to answer and make sure I understand.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Although the programme is organised and structured to some extent, there are a few issues that have taken a while to get sorted out. I assume that this is because it is the first year that London have carried out the Apprenticeship programme and certain aspects have still not been finalised.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • The training provider is very supportive. Reviews are held every 6 weeks and are a great checkpoint to monitor your progress up to date.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a great amount of support from my career counsellor, line manager and other team members on my project. They are always willing to answer questions and take the time out to help when and if needed.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Travel expenses are extremely expensive per month, and take up a good part of my salary. However, it is hard to complain when you are earning and learning, rather than obtaining debts as you would be if you decided to go to university.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Socially there are many opportunities outside of work. Accenture value networking and meeting others which is a great opportunity to get views and advice from fellow employees from all different levels within the organisation.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • An Apprenticeship with Accenture provides an abundance of exciting opportunities and better options for your future. Apart from avoiding a huge university debt, you develop new skills and gain experience, whilst achieving formal qualifications and training.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?
  • Network and meet people within the company, attend events even before applying. It is important for people to know you and for you to known them.
