  • 1st year apprentice, fulltime at college learning a variety of new skills. units cover health and safety, business improvement, hand fitting, mechanical maintenance, fluid power, electrical installation, PLCs and electronics.

  • We hold weekly meetings in which we receive communications about the business and review progress on set tasks and deadlines. support is available from BMW when required

  • some of the skills learned within the first year will be transferred over into my role
