  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

    • My current role title is ATC Newcastle & Tech Regional Scheduler - I am currently also the dedicated Scheduler for the Salesforce Capability. Daily tasks inc: - Pulling reports - Movement Reports - Internal Recruitment - Liaising with demand owners & proposing suitable resources to roles - Staffing available resources - Leadership emails - Calcs - Attendance checks - Holiday/sickness tracking - Unassigned escalations - Supply & Demand Tracking - Managing a shared mail box - Automation tasks Accenture are flexible and allow you to rotate roles in order to gain better experience and understanding. I've been in my role for just just over 6 months now and thoroughly enjoy it.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • I already had a lot of skills from my previous job however Accenture has definitely helped me develop personally. I feel now i am a lot more confident and have a better understanding of the IT industry.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • Currently i enjoy what i am doing, I started this prorgamme in Sept 2020 so cannot comment much. Once this level 3 is completed there are levels, 4, 5 & 6. We will be completing Levels 3 - 6 in 3 years as they have been fast tracked.

    • It's a really good company to work for and I feel like Accenture are making a huge difference in the world and i'm proud of working for this company.
