I enjoy my job role and the team that I work in. The company culture is very good and supportive of all employees
My programme is structured with sufficient support in order for me to get my qualification. I have a senior mentor who i shadow at work when I can also who i have regular meetings with.
I get all the support I need in order for me to complete my course. My employer has been fantastic in supporting me throughout.
I receive as much as needed any queries or help I need is always offered in a timely manner with significant support from tutors and course director
It helps me daily in dealing with the varying types of people i meet throughout the hospital. I feel this has given me a compelling look in to management and is definitely my direction after the course.
We have many activities for staff after work as well as lots of support.

it is a great trust with good values and lots of support for staff when needed, they especially encourage staff to train and up-skill in order to get better positions in the future.
