  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well structured and I am lucky that my employer has been very supportive with finding me opportunities within my apprenticeship. The course itself before the workplace placement started was less structured as it was more practical, hands on.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Our contact from the training provider is really helpful and gives us all the information we need to be able to work through the qualification, with regular meetings/catch-ups.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that the final project will be a massive help in my employment life as it puts together everything that we have learned. Some of the exams were a little outdated so didn't really help in employment but were good in giving an overview in general.
