  • A Service Design and Introduction lead works with IT project teams to ensure that projects are delivered in a safe, reliable and supportable way, once they transistion into live production services.

  • Sound organisation, very supportive toward educational and career development. Good overall reward system. Relaxed but highly professional environment.

  • Prepare well in advance, do you're research. Practive your interview a few times.
