A Service Design and Introduction lead works with IT project teams to ensure that projects are delivered in a safe, reliable and supportable way, once they transistion into live production services.

The programme is intellectually stimulating and I take a lot of new academic knowledge and apply it in my work place.

Prepare well in advance, do you're research. Practive your interview a few times.
