  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The work is diverse and there is something new to do every day which helps you grow your skills. The team is always friendly and makes you feel part of the company quickly, I can easily approach them if I have any worries. The company has everyone's best interest at heart and provides live updates of any events, concerns or issues. It goes above my expectations. I enjoy it a lot and I'm grateful for the opportunity.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The induction was good and helped the selected people interact with one another and gave us an opportunity to build relationships from that moment. The training was insightful and qualified individuals taught you with the training, making it easier for us. I can easily turn to someone if I have a concern and the support provided is helpful for me. Studying is fine but it needs improvement as the teachers teaching the course are sometimes uneducated in particular areas. Support meetings are regular and helpful. It is organised but there is clearly room for improvement.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot of support, I know I can confidently approach anyone if I have an issue and the response I get is helpful and any actions taken are what's best for me. After dealing with the concerns they continue to check up on me to see if I'm ok and if the issue has been resolved.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A lot of support, they always give us opportunities to approach them if we ever have one however this doesn't mean that all of the issues get resolved. Most of the issues that get raised never get solved so for most of the time we will have to continue as we are with no improvements.
