    • Servicing at maintaining equipment on site making sure everything is in working order.

    • Learn how to work in a team effectively. Learn how to maintain and service systems across site, fan systems etc.

    • I really enjoy coming to work everyday as I am faced with different challenges everyday so it never gets boring.

    • Wet organised, we know exactly how the apprentice scheme works and how it is structured.

    • Managers and supervisors are always there to hall of any help is needed, they are always one email away.

    • Get loads of support from both my college teachers and managers at work

    • Very well, everything we have learnt in the skills academy we put into practise on site.

    • No. But I know they are there if I want to do them.

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • Nice place to work, learn a lot and there is always something to work on.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to AWE?

    • Be professional when applying for AWE. Be ready to get your hands dirty. Be prepared for early morning starts and regular routines.
