  • Supporting projects to enable their deliverables will be best adopted by the employees affected. Change Management is performed following the guidance and documentation of the Manage Change Process.

  • I have learnt Project Management and Change Management Skills. I've learnt people skills such as communication skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The Change Management apprenticeship was an insightful programme to undertake. There were times within the programme where things weren't enjoyable, but I would say this time was the minority.

  • The programme did not seem to be well organised/structured. The project placements I was put onto, one of them had very little project work for me to do, and the other placement wasn't a project placement.

  • My employer has offered me support in different aspects of my apprenticeship

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Aside from the initial documentation given to us by the provider, there was no additional support that I was made aware of.

  • I cannot say as I have not yet achieved my qualification.

  • There are a few extra-curricular activities that happen throughout the year, mainly team challenge.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Wide variety of roles, so there is always opportunity to grow and learn different fields.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to AWE?
  • Be prepared to wait, due to the clearance process, it could be a long wait between being offered the job and getting onto site.
