  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the wholesome and family-like atmosphere of the office. Eating as a team was heavily encouraged which was refreshing to see. the games tables in the office were also a nice getaway at times from the hectic busy season. Our manager also encouraged meeting up outside work within the team which was also a good experience.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Well organised for the most part. Our jobs were given from the outset. however, we only had one day to which we had to find out how to get to our jobs and who we'd be working with. My friend was put on a job in Bradford and only found out about this at 3pm, with only 2 working hours available to make necessary calls and book hotels

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot of support was given. Both outside and inside the workplace. My issues with a troubling, condescending and oblivious manager was observed by a higher colleague of mine on my first job. I was then given extra support outside of work to focus on completing the job outside of a toxic environment.
