I have learnt more about MME and how it works. I'm slowly learning how to balance many new tasks and to proioritise.
I enjoy the programme. I have learnt a lot about the working world and I have a lot more to learn. I have met amazing people and have had a lot of support from them.
Quite well structured, and organised.
From the heads of Apprenticeships and the Recruitment HR and my CC, a lot. Others depend on the project.
There is not much time for them to give us any more support even if it is needed. Our training providers tend to be quite busy and have full schedules.
Not much at all. The main thing I have seen is that my role has helped me in my studies and not so much the other way round.
Countless. The only frustration is that they are almost always on Thursdays. But they are a very inclusive company.
Yes
Because it's a great place to start and pickup life long skills on how to survive in a career-driven world, and the people will help support you.
Be yourself, be honest, work hard when you need to work and find a way to wind down after work and keep a good selection of out-side work that you like doing (e.g. rock-climbing) to help you move about and realise stress (for any job).
