  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Seeing who needs to be onboarded and offboarded of the project; checking emails; trying to make sure the costs of the resources are correct; keeping distribution lists up to date; update the global forecasting sheet; use excel formulas to improve the sheet.

  • I have learnt more about MME and how it works. I'm slowly learning how to balance many new tasks and to proioritise.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme. I have learnt a lot about the working world and I have a lot more to learn. I have met amazing people and have had a lot of support from them.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Quite well structured, and organised.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • From the heads of Apprenticeships and the Recruitment HR and my CC, a lot. Others depend on the project.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • There is not much time for them to give us any more support even if it is needed. Our training providers tend to be quite busy and have full schedules.

    7/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Not much at all. The main thing I have seen is that my role has helped me in my studies and not so much the other way round.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Countless. The only frustration is that they are almost always on Thursdays. But they are a very inclusive company.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Accenture to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it's a great place to start and pickup life long skills on how to survive in a career-driven world, and the people will help support you.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?
  • Be yourself, be honest, work hard when you need to work and find a way to wind down after work and keep a good selection of out-side work that you like doing (e.g. rock-climbing) to help you move about and realise stress (for any job).
