  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes, daily I am developing my softer skill set, such as communicating and team management. Communicating clearly is a key part of my role, as we have different teams globally and I support the communication between them. • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There has been a clear structure from the start, three years in university on Mondays, the rest of the working week we are put on a project. After the three years are finished and we have graduated, we may be offered a full time job at Accenture based on performance. Sometimes the university can lack in organisation, however this is slowly improving.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Yes in the aspect that it has taught me about the software development life cycle, which I can clearly see reflects in the stages of the real life projects that I have been put on. But for other specific modules, like SQL its not really relevant to the current work I am doing.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Accenture to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I have really enjoyed my experience so far at Accenture. I have gained valuable experience that I would not of got if I was to just go to university. I feel as if Accenture is really caring about its people and that they are definitely put as first priority, trying to continually invest in us.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?
  • Make sure that you have a genuine interest in technology, research about case studys that Accenture have worked on before your interview. Even if you have no experience in coding or information technology that is fine as long as you show a keen interest. Attend as many events as possible, grow your network as much as possible. Always ask for feedback.
