  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As a Degree Apprentice, I attend the university every Monday and the rest of the week in the office taking on a role in a project. There are many different projects with various clients and as many roles to choose from. The apprenticeship gives me the flexibility to choose my own role that I would like to do, given I have the skills for the role. Or to learn the skills that are needed in my preferred role.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well structured. There were two-week block modules at the start and at a mid-year point. This was well organised as the first module that was organised was essential for the rest of the course and learning. It made it much easier for us to learn the rest of the modules. Also, the one day at university to have face to face coaching is really useful. The structure of the rest of the programme at work is also very nice as we have the flexibility to choose our own carrer paths.
