I assisted in the day to day operation on the ground at Heathrow Terminal 5. I assisted in the baggage and logistic's area for 3 months followed by working in the loading department for 12 months.

How to load and unload both long and short haul aircraft and and the operation of aviation machinery.

If I need support or help with the learning aspect they where always available to provide it and willing to help.

It will help me in the future to progress into higher responsibility and payed jobs within the company.
