    • I learned lots of new skill in relation to the hospitality industry including time management an preparation skills

    • I enjoyed the programme being able to work while I learn and earn a wage has been very beneficial to me

    • The programme was very structured having weekly training and refresher training towards the end helped alot toward final exams

    • I have received alot of support and help from my employer which helped in gaining my qualification

    • I have received alot of help from my training provider they were always on hand for anything I needed at any time
