Serving customers, taking orders to customers, making hot drinks, preparing deserts and resetting tables ready for the next customers.
Yes my new skills i have learnt are the way to set a table up if was to do silver service and the way to pass over the drinks to the customers during silver service
I get to meet different trainers along the way.
My programme is well organised as its set out in a way that i can work with.
Help with any questions i may have regarding my course wether it be the brand standards of workplace or finding out what the target takings is meant to be met on that day.
I get lots of support from my training provider they answer all questions i need to ask if struggling.
They provided me with more confidence in my role
There isnt any extra cutricular activites to get involved in.
