    • I was given the time off I needed but this was more due to my General Manager not necessarily the company

    • I recieved all the help I needed and my trainer was always on hand if I needed her.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • It doesn't necessarily make me perform my job better but it's a necessary step to move forward in my job role.

    • There are training courses available and I am currently enrolled on the future leaders course.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Greene King to a friend?

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • Overall it's a decent company to work for but I think it can very much be dependant on who your GM is. I am fortunate enough to have a good GM so my experience is mostly positive.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greene King?

    • Make sure you get a good vibe from the GM you will be working for.
