[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] my trainer made everything very easy to follow and layed everything out so I knew what was expected of me
I was given the time off I needed but this was more due to my General Manager not necessarily the company
I recieved all the help I needed and my trainer was always on hand if I needed her.
It doesn't necessarily make me perform my job better but it's a necessary step to move forward in my job role.
There are training courses available and I am currently enrolled on the future leaders course.
Yes
Overall it's a decent company to work for but I think it can very much be dependant on who your GM is. I am fortunate enough to have a good GM so my experience is mostly positive.
Make sure you get a good vibe from the GM you will be working for.
