Leading and managing the team, running shifts and opening and closing the business
Learnt more about the role and what I can bring to it
Work was easy enough to do
There could be a more linear path from Start to finish, the modules we’re given to me out of order and didn’t really have instructions on how to complete some of them
Emma my manager was extremely supportive of me
Offered me help when confused however was difficult to keep track because of randomly cancelled appointments
It confirmed some things and taught me more
Additional research and learning as well as attending courses and workshops

Hours are based on company needs, so often cut. They seem to care more about money then staff wellbeing, often overworked with no support, and other staff male it difficult to see yourself staying long term
