  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the fact that the programme goes in to more depth of Providing Finanical Services and also that it gives you programmes outwith just banking. For example the safeguarding workbook. Although I knew basics around safe guarding its been brilliant to go through it in a more in depth way especially when a big thing at the moment is vulnerable customers and mental health

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel that it is well structured. On my first meeting with my assessor we went over what the course entails and each segment of the course has clicked in to place making it easier to work through each section and understand what they are. It is a great way to help prepare for the exam.
