  • Yes, skills in understanding of communication technologies have developed.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the work of my program, however the tranning provider, GKA where poor and made the program unenjoyable at times

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very organised overall, On virgins side of things was very organised and structured. On the side of GKA who provides the training, was at times unstructured and unorganised.

  • Heavely supported from virgin media, my area manager was supportive through the program.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Very poor support from GKA, had no coach for the last 6 months of my program. No communication as to where I was at with my course work. Went past deadlines for booking assessments in, resulting in the program being 4 months longer than anticapated.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Some of the set work was irrelavent to my day to day job, however gave me a better understanding of communication technologies has a whole.

  • Yes

  • A good bussiness to work for, with good core benifits.

  • To have a basic understanding of technolgies, to be organised and work fast.
