    10/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I personally feel that the apprentice scheme as a whole is ok. I have little if any, interaction with our company head office Learning and Development team, which is a shame.

    5/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • As previously mentioned, i barely see or am contacted by our head office learning and development team and I depend heavily on my line manager and my current team. There should be a structured catch-up once a month with face to face interactions.

    3/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • For my current project (rail) the whole first year and majority of second year so far are completely irrelevant and it makes it difficult to see the benefits of undertaking the degree.

    3/10
